We offer 1:1 session with each Junior and Senior student and offer additional meetings based on the student's need.
A college-spirit-filled week that gets the student’s excited about post-secondary options in a fun and approachable way! We have activities planned throughout the week that introduce college culture and enhance the exposure students get when considering their options after high school.
A week in the beginning of the Fall that helps students stay focused on their goals. Modeling the time management techniques needed throughout the college application process, we aim to support students by having this week devoted to developing their plan and taking action!
We encourage a team approach and love being able to involve the student's support system. Helping a family navigate this process allows the student to focus on what's most important. Families are able to schedule these sessions throughout the year.
Students enrolled at Northlake Christian School have exclusive access to our comprehensive college counseling curriculum and communicate regularly through this platform.
We offer multiple Family Presentation Nights beginning with the Freshman cohort. Providing a general overview of the college application process, we bring together families in a supportive environment focused on collaboration.
Similar to our workshops, we offer small group meetings to our students who are interested in additional, focused support throughout their college application process.
An advanced college and career software program is introduced in Freshman year. This program is connected with the Common Application and streamlines the application process and includes pre-application assessments.
