Northlake’s VISION Ignited Strategic Plan is a result of many months of discussion, thoughtful reflection and prayer among students, parents, faculty and staff. It expands on the VISION2020 Strategic Plan which includes 4 strategic priorities to support Northlake’s continued pursuit of excellence and to enhance the NCS experience as the school prepares students to Think Critically, Lead Courageously and Serve Faithfully - all from a biblical perspective.
